Practical Experience
Lachlan was admitted in New South Wales as a solicitor in 1996 and as a barrister in 2003. He has practical experience working as a solicitor at two prominent Sydney law firms. Lachlan has 13 years experience in commercial litigation and non litigious advisory work, including insurance, insolvency, intellectual property and advising in-house corporate counsel on compliance issues. Lachlan also has experience as a legal educator at the University of New England School of Law.
