Practical Experience
After completing her Law degree at UNSW Jennifer commenced working at Gells Lawyers practising from January 1990 to October 1992. Following this time she worked for Solomon Brothers in Perth, WA, before returning to Sydney and rejoining Gells in 1999 where she continued practising until moving in-house as Head of Legal Services at The Trust Company Ltd in 2005.

Jennifer is accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a Specialist in Wills and Estates and is a Member of Law Society of New South Wales Elder Law and Succession Committee. Since 2007 she has also been a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Over the last five years Jennifer has been delivering CLE courses in the Wills and Estates area and has conducted workshops and written a number of papers on technical and practical issues in this field and has presented at conferences and seminars organised for the legal profession.
