Practical Experience
Over 20 years of in-house legal practice in Australian corporations, including 17 years in the Commonwealth Bank. Practice experience in property, litigation, commercial, establishing and managing an in-house incorporated legal practice, trusts, managed investments, banking and finance and securitisation. In 2007, advised a client financial institution on its participation in a pilot trial of the Victorian electronic conveyancing system. Previously served as a Councillor of the New South Wales Law Society (6 years) and a Director of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (7 years). Also a trained accountant.
