Practical Experience

After spending 7 years as a forensic analyst Fabian moved into a career in law. He has experience in both large city firms and small country practices. He commenced his career in Sydney at Gadens and then at the Australian Government Solicitor, where he worked in the areas of commercial, taxation and recoveries.

Fabian then took up an appointment with AustLII before relocating to the country where he practiced for a further 6 years in general practice including family law, crime and children’s law. During that time Fabian was principal solicitor of a community legal centre and he operated his own private firm.

Fabian has lectured at UNSW, UTS and La Trobe law schools.
