Practical Experience
Commenced litigation work in 1985.  Admitted in 1986.  Commenced practice as a Barrister Sole in 1996 having previously worked for Buddle Findlay, Russell McVeagh and Speechly Bircham (London).  Current emphasis is contract and property disputes but has been involved in a wide variety of the disputes in the past.  Author of 'The Property Law Act 2007, A Practitioners Guide' (LexisNeixs, Wellington).
