Transfer of Business Entity

The College of Law has now transfered all of the business and assets of its current entity, College of Law Pty Limited ACN 001 040 651, to a new entity on 31 October 2010.  

The new entity, which is a newly formed company limited by guarantee of its members, is currently called TCOL Limited ACN 138 459 015 and will take the name of College of Law Limited soon after the transfer of the business.

The change is to reflect the expansion of the College’s operations as a provider of legal education in every state and territory in Australia and in New Zealand and to give its stakeholders in all those states and territories a voice in the running of the College.

For business contracts we confirm that other than the change of party, no other terms of the Agreement will be affected.

For students we confirm that all programs will not be affected other than a signatory and governing body name change for award certificates, if applicable.
