- drafting orders, financial agreements, preparing statements of assets
- simulation exercises, such as client interviews and making submissions at an interim hearings, and
- take-home exams
For students enrolling in single non-award subjects, assessment is optional, but, if you later choose to proceed to an award qualification, you will need to complete the relevant assessment.
Examinations will be held in the final week of each semester.
The College recognises that many of our students are busy practitioners who may encounter problems completing subjects within the normal one-semester timeframe. The College is responsive to students’ workloads and may grant extensions of time to complete work or allow a student to transfer their study into the next semester without academic or financial penalty Students retain online access to the materials, allowing you to continue studying over an extended period of time.
The Program is primarily delivered online. Face-to-face interactive activities may include webinars (web-based seminars) or workshops which may be held in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (subject to demand). All workshops for all subjects in all states are dependent on a minimum number of students attending.
