Awards

The seven-subject Master of Applied Law (Family Law) with the option of exiting earlier with a Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate:

  • Master of Applied Law (Family Law)
  • Graduate Diploma of Applied Law (Family Law)
  • Graduate Certificate in Applied Law (Family Law)

Fees

Tuition fees are $2,250 per subject (GST exempt).

Study Mode

Supervised online programs incorporate self-paced online learning with the supervision and support of an experienced lawyer who is available to answer questions and assess your performance.

There is a one-day face-to-face workshop for each subject.

Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Points

You may claim up to 15 units per subject for your CLE/CPD requirements, depending on your jurisdiction.

Program Admission Requirements

In order to gain admission to the Applied Law Programs you are required to:

  • hold a law degree or equivalent qualification (LLB, LLM or Diploma of Law), and
  • be admitted to practise as a lawyer in an Australian jurisdiction

Advanced Standing

There are opportunities for advanced standing in the Graduate Diploma or Master of Applied Law (Family Law), for Accredited Specialists in practice areas relevant to the Program.
