Our Applied Law Programs give you the option to commence the program at the Graduate Certificate level, and then articulate to a Masters; they are postgraduate nested award programs:
- Graduate Certificate in Applied Law (Family Law)
- Graduate Diploma of Applied Law (Family Law)
- Master of Applied Law (Family Law)

Fees |
Tuition fees are $1,850 per subject (GST exempt).

Attendance Mode |
Our Applied Law Programs are supervised online programs.
Supervised online programs incorporate self-paced online learning with the supervision and support of an experienced lawyer who is available to answer questions and assess your performance. |

Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Points |
You may claim up to 15 units per subject for your CLE/CPD requirements, depending on your jurisdiction. |

Program Admission Requirements |
In order to gain admission to the Applied Law Programs you are required to:
- hold a law degree or equivalent qualification (LLB, LLM or Diploma of Law), and
- be admitted to practise as a lawyer in an Australian jurisdiction

Advanced Standing |
There may be opportunities for advanced standing in the Graduate Diploma or Master of Applied Law (Family Law), in particular for Accredited Specialists in practice areas relevant to the Program.
