This seminar considers the procedural impact of Supreme Court Practice Note SC Eq7 – Family Provision, which commenced on 1st June 2009, and its relationship to Succession Amendment (Family Provision) Act 2008 which commenced on 1st March 2009.

Kim Morrissey is a graduate of the Australian National University. He has practised at the Sydney Bar for 26 years, and prior to that as a solicitor for 11 years.
