The seminar will outline the effects of the changes to the NSW Crimes Act from a practitioner's perspective including all the new offence provisions, the effect of expanded and codified definitions, new sentencing outcomes and potential pitfalls arising from the changes.

Richard Mayo is a former prosecutor with the State and Commonwealth DPP's. He spent considerable time prosecuting white collar crimes in the commercial branch of the CDPP and now works as a Senior Criminal Lawyer at Armstrong Legal, where he specialises in frauds and other white collar crimes.
