New Consumer Law: Mandatory Reporting for Consumer Goods Injuries
This paper will address the new consumer law concerning the mandatory reporting for consumer goods injuries which is a new obligation introduced as part of a shift from the Trade Practices Act to the Consumer and Competition Act which took effect from 1 January 2011 and the provisions of that mandatory reporting supplement the existing laws about recalls.
