Regulation 176: Legal Profession Regulation 2005

In the first part of this paper Dr Hayes will describe briefly legislation intended to remove discrimination in the work place concentrating on new developments that have taken place in the last three years and those that have been proposed but are yet to be implemented.

In the second part of the paper she will examine progress in dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace.
