Rule 42.1.6.3 - Working in Teams

David Cosgrave will look at the concepts of leadership and teams. In his presentation he will cite specific pieces of research or management writing that the has found useful or effective.

David commenced working in private practice at Hunt & Hunt after completing his Law degree at the University of NSW. After eight years as a litigator and commercial lawyer he then moved to in-house legal roles in both the public and private sectors in Australia and Asia. David has completed a Masters of Law, an MBA as well two Graduate Diplomas in Company Director Studies and Company Secretarial Practice.

David's experience in-house includes work within the investment banking, private equity, fund management, healthcare, research and digital content industries working on commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment matters, property leases and licences.

David has also lectured on relevant legislation to health postgraduate students and when in private practice regularly presented at seminars addressing the Internet, technology, intellectual property and commercialisation.
