Impact of the Security of Payment Act on Contractual Dispute Resolution

This paper analyses and critiques two recent decisions of the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Queensland, with emphasis on the impacts of Security of Payment legislation on contractual dispute resolution (in this case through arbitration).
