Implementing LAW 9000 - Legal Best Practice

This 1-day course follows 'Understanding LAW 9000' where participants will already have gained a basic understanding of the LAW 9000 standard. This course assists participants who wish to begin the process of implementing the LAW 9000 system or for staff in certified practices who wish to refresh or upgrade their LAW 9000 systems.

The course aims to:

• demystify the challenges of implemention in your practice
• define the road to certification
• assist in clarifying the change management issues for your practice
• provide tools and approaches to make implemention simple, practical and   sustainable.

• understand practical aspects of implementing the standard
• understand resource requirements, costs and timeframes for implementation
• understand how to make LAW 9000 work to the advantage of your firm and people
• understand the certification process used by SAI Global

Who should attend?

The course is aimed at participants who are to be actively involved with the implementation of the LAW 9000 system, either at a policy level (e.g. sole practitioner, partner, director, legal counsel) or as an administrator (e.g. practice or office manager).
