Wang & Associate Solicitors is a busy and dynamic general practice firm based in Sydney CBD, practicing in compensation law, commercial, property, civil litigation, criminal and migration.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced property lawyer to join our growing property team.

You will be involved in a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions to commercial and retail leasing. Depends on your experience and qualification, you may also handle  purchase and sale of business; drafting and reviewing a range of contractual agreement and have exposure to loan agreement and mortgages.

Ideally you will have:

• At least one year post admission experience in property and conveyancing
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• The ability to build and maintain strong working relationship
  • Ability to handle common conveyancing file with minimal supervision.
  • Hard-working and enthusiastic 

It is essential that the candidate can speak and write (type) Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese or both). Experience in other fields of law would be advantageous.

Salary will be commensurate of experience.
