This course has a particular focus on proceedings involving the Care of Children Act 2004 and the Property (Relationships) Act 1976.
This course assumes an understanding of family law in New Zealand (including procedural requirements set out in the Family Court Rules 2002) and general civil procedure in New Zealand.

- Specific rules schema for COCA matters
- Specific rules schema for PRA matters
