Worrying less and achieving more may sound like opposites, but they’re actually two sides of the same coin.

Constant worrying drains your energy and focus, keeping you from reaching your full potential. Learning to dial down the worry allows you to tap into a clearer, more productive mindset, so you can get more done with less stress.

Here are some strategies to help you worry less and accomplish more:

Set Clear Goals

When you know what you want to achieve, it’s easier to channel your energy productively. Setting specific, realistic goals gives you a roadmap to follow and reduces the urge to overthink every step. Write your goals down, break them into actionable steps, and celebrate each small win.

Limit “What-If” Thinking

Worry often comes from imagining worst-case scenarios that rarely happen.
