The College collects, uses, discloses and otherwise handles your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (Privacy Act).

We are collecting your personal information so that we can consider you for part-time or full-time work at the College.

The main consequence of you not providing us with your personal information that we request, is that we will not be able to consider you for part-time or full-time work at the College.

We may share your personal information with HR consultants engaged to assist the College and/or our related bodies corporate. We may contact any references or referees that you nominate. We may contact the educational institutions and previous employers nominated by you in order to verify the information that you provide. We will only share your personal information with these consultants and related bodies if it is for one of the purpose(s) (or a directly related purpose) for which we have collected your personal information, as recorded above.
